You don't have that much of a product, you don't have much commercial traction — and you don’t have the certainty that the company is going to be successful. It’s not for everyone. But here’s the thing: it can be one of the best things you ever do for your career. Because the learning and development trajectory is the highest in dynamic start-up environments.
