With Thanksgiving just days away, you probably are juggling holiday prep, travel plans, work deadlines, and family commitments. We get it. We are too! Yet, amid the busyness, may each of us soak up the beauty of thanksgiving. May we pause to reflect, practice gratitude, and call those around us to do the same. As followers of Christ, we have so much to be thankful for, and as a ministry, we do too! We're so grateful for the open doors God gives us into your life and in the lives of so many other women around the world. And we're grateful for you! You allow us to speak into your life, encourage you, and call you to grow deeper in your faith. Thank you! May you experience the love and peace of Christ this Thanksgiving, and may it lead you into deeper gratitude.

As we prepare to gather around the table and celebrate Thanksgiving with our family and friends later this week, following are some thoughts shared by Joel Osteen: * Be grateful for what you have: Thank God for the blessings you have, and don't focus on what's wrong. * Remember God's deeds: Take time to remember the good things God has done for you, such as parting the Red Sea and bringing water out of a rock. * Cultivate a thankful lifestyle: Be thankful for what you have, and remember how blessed you are. * Be open to God: When you're grateful, your heart and mind are open to God. * Be an encourager: Help others experience God by lifting the fallen, restoring the broken, and encouraging others. * Be willing to change: Be open to trying new things and changing your ways. * If you're grateful where you are, God can get you where you want to be: If you're grateful for where you are, God can help you get to where you want to be.

“All this is for your benefit, so that the grace that is reaching more and more people may cause thanksgiving to overflow to the glory of God.” - 2 Corinthians 4:15 NIV Happy Sunday and Thanksgiving week, everyone! ✝️ Today’s verse from the YouVersion Bible app consists of the THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY, and why this day is IMPORTANT for our FAMILIES, FRIENDS and OUR COMMUNITIES. In connection with Psalms 23:5-6, THANKSGIVING SERVES as a SPECIAL TIME, in which we become GRACIOUS HOSTS, who SHOW their LOVE, RESPECT, GRATITUDE and APPRECIATION toward their FAMILIES and FRIENDS, as well as GOD himself. This indicates that, although FAITHFULNESS does NOT protect us from all the earthly difficulties we may face throughout our lifetime, as we RECEIVE GOD’S GRACE BY BELIEVING IN HIM, we have and will ALWAYS GIVE THANKS TO HIM THROUGH OUR GLORY that WE GIVE HIM. ❓ What is the Message? ➡️ WE NEED TO BE THANKFUL for ANYTHING and EVERYTHING we ENDURE THROUGH GOD’S POWER, in order to GIVE OUR THANKS and OUR GLORY to HIM. ➡️ THANKSGIVING is NOT always about the food or football — it’s ALWAYS ABOUT the CELEBRATION of OUR BLESSINGS of the PAST YEAR, where we SPEND TIME with our FAMILIES, FRIENDS and LOVED ONES, and GIVE THANKS to the LORD. ❓ Today’s Question: How will you GIVE THANKS and GRATITUDE to God this Thanksgiving, and what LESSON have you LEARNED from this experience? Drop an "AMEN 🙏🏻", and your thoughts, below ⬇️ in the comments 💬 if you feel connected with today's message, and be sure to use promo code 📲 SERIANNA15 to get 15% off your 1-Year Subscription of Sports Spectrum. Have a blessed Sunday, may God bless 🙏🏻 you all, and ALWAYS KEEP FINDING CROSS-COUNTRY CONFIDENCE IN ALL ASPECTS OF LIFE! #findingcrosscountryconfidence #spiritualsunday #bibleverse #CapCut #contentcreator #thanksgiving #givethanks #family

Christmas is celebrated for several reasons, rooted in tradition, spirituality, and the spirit of community: 1. Religious Significance: For Christians, Christmas marks the birth of Jesus Christ, the central figure of Christianity, who is believed to bring hope, peace, and salvation to humanity. It is a time to reflect on spiritual values such as love, kindness, and forgiveness. 2. Cultural Tradition: Over centuries, Christmas has evolved into a global cultural celebration, combining Christian customs with local traditions. It includes practices like exchanging gifts, decorating homes with lights, and sharing meals with loved ones. These customs bring joy, create a sense of belonging, and foster a spirit of goodwill. 3. Spreading Joy and Kindness: Christmas encourages people to think of others, whether through charitable acts, helping those in need, or simply spending time with friends and family. It emphasizes the importance of generosity and compassion. 4. Family and Community: Christmas is an opportunity to connect with loved ones. The holiday season strengthens family bonds and encourages spending time together. It fosters unity and helps create lasting memories. 5. Celebrating the Season of Giving: Christmas is often associated with generosity, both in terms of giving gifts and sharing love. It’s a reminder to be mindful of others, to appreciate the good in our lives, and to share what we have. Whether for its religious, cultural, or community aspects, Christmas is a time to reflect on what is important in life, create positive memories, and spread happiness.

Is It Really Christmas?🤔🤔 Christmas isn’t just about the lights, food, and gifts (although who doesn’t love jollof and chicken? 😅).
