I agree with you, but I wouldn't want to never be online. I live alone in the forest (literally.) I go on social media all the time just to talk to people. The danger zone is if I have had a few beers. Those comments are best just said and not recorded for all future generations lol.
It also helps to properly curate your digital diet. Your mind is a powerful place and what you feed it can affect you in a powerful way.
