Senior Clinical Research Scientist bei Brainlab

Research and clinical studies are part of the foundation of our work at Brainlab and are essential to advancing healthcare. That's why Brainlab teamed up with Hospital Universitari Vall d'Hebron as clinical research partners. Hospital Universitari Vall d'Hebron is the biggest hospital in Catalonia, Spain and has fantastic research and pediatric departments. This allows us to gather vital data on treating children using our technology. This clinical cooperation began last year and together we have been researching anatomical mapping in lesion and cranial landmark detection for the development of functions such as tumor segmentation. We have already been able to collect data on 140 pediatric cases on top of a multitude of adult cases. A huge thanks to everyone involved in this clinical project: Fran Martinez Ricarte,MD, Jorge Andrés Cabrera Cárdenas, MD, Margarita Figueroa Vezirian, MD, Fuat Arikan Abelló, MD, Raquel Cánovas Paradell, Maria Antonia Poca Pastor, MD and @Diego Lopez Bermeo, MD. Looking forward to seeing what we can accomplish together! Want to learn more about Brainlab as a research partner?
