We produce 125 micron and thinner forms to the dimensions of the E-motor to slide in and fit accurately against the NDE and DE area. Thus allowing for complete insulation. We form advanced materials with high dielectric strengths and can accommodate a vast range of features to a form from multiple steps, cut outs and/or holes, to varying angles. Inconsistent resistance welding process, signal transmission variation, wire attachment breaking off (L.O.S). Any of these sound familiar? Creating reliable connections is essential in electric vehicle (EV) battery production, where joints link individual cells into a complete battery pack. Ultrasonic welding and laser welding are two technologies used to achieve strong and efficient joints, each offering unique benefits and considerations. Ultrasonic welding enables high-speed, energy-efficient joining of dissimilar materials, particularly in pouch cell manufacturing. Laser welding, on the other hand, provides precise, non-contact solutions for various joint designs and materials.
