It's that time of year when the leaves are turning and dropping off the trees, creating beautiful carpets of oranges and yellows. It's nature's way of shedding what has served its purpose and is no longer needed. It feels like there is something we can learn from that! We only have a finite capacity to store though, so if we keep filling, we run out of space (on our bookshelves, in our wardrobes, in our mind, in our diary). Let's start being choiceful of where we put our energy and shed some of the stuff we no longer need. 👉 Don't know where to start? Get in touch and let's talk.
