« TIRONE DAVID » operation successfully carried out in the Casablanca international private hospital. This surgery allows the entire ascending aorta to be replaced while preserving the native aortic valve. This is a delicate intervention given the complex structure of the latter. It must be sutured inside the prosthetic tube, taking care to maintain the balance of its fine architecture. The advantage of this technique is to avoid lifelong anticoagulant treatment as well as infectious complications of mechanical or biological valves.
