Yesterday we had the pleasure of unveiling the first cost rental homes delivered by an AHB in Limerick. Circle Voluntary Housing Association in collaboration with Cairn, is delighted to launch 113 homes at The Mills in Castletroy, Limerick consisting of 57 cost rental and 56 social homes. These 113 homes, falling within the larger context of a 224-home site, were designed to flexibly cater to a wide spectrum of housing needs offering 2 and 3-bedroom A-rated terraced and semi-detached homes in an exceptional living environment in Castletroy, Limerick. In 2023, we closed 68 homes with the remainder to be delivered in 2024. We would like to extend a warm welcome our new tenants to these beautiful homes We would like to thank all our stakeholders who attended the ribbon cutting.
