Of course, money, and how airlines sell their services to customers are about to change significantly, the International Air Transport Association (IATA) World Financial Symposium (WFS) & World Passenger Symposium (WPS) in Bangkok taught me. It will be a positive change for airlines, and customers, as new standards will put customers in the central place, allowing them to change what is now moving from point A to B into an experience tailored to one's needs.
