MICADR was invited to represent Pakistan at the prestigious Regional ADR Symposium at Sri Lanka organised by Commercial Law Development Program and graciously hosted by The International ADR Center, Sri Lanka. The African Organisation for Standardisation (ARSO) holds its 30TH ARSO GENERAL ASSEMBLY EVENTS SCHEDULED FOR JUNE 2024 under the theme “Educate an African fit for the 21st Century- building a quality culture - “One market-one standard”. The GA will include other events like the ARSO Champions meeting, African Day of Standardisation Forum and the Made in Africa Expo (MiAE). ARSO through its mandate enhances Africa’s internal trading capacity, increased Africa’s product and service competitiveness globally, and uplift of the welfare of African consumers as well as standardization forum for future prospects in international trade referencing. The ARSO also plays a key role in the implementation of the AGENDA 2063…….. AGENDA 2063 is Africa’s blueprint and master plan for transforming Africa into the global powerhouse of the future. It is the continent’s strategic framework that aims to deliver on its goal for inclusive and sustainable development and is a concrete manifestation of the pan-African drive for unity, self-determination, freedom, progress and collective prosperity pursued under Pan-Africanism and African Renaissance.

The NTOA is hosting its first-ever National Negotiator's Challenge, a unique opportunity for crisis negotiation teams to work together and challenge themselves and their teams against other teams nationwide. Teams will participate in a challenging scenario-driven competition. Up to 10 teams (up to 8 negotiators per team) may register. The NTOA will provide judging criteria to teams upon registration. Important: The National Negotiator’s Challenge will take place on October 27th, a day before the Crisis Negotiations Conference begins on October 28th.
