We closed 18 clients last month 🤯 It's been a period of MASSIVE growth for us in the past few months; we've taken on new business partners which has been one of the best things we've ever done. With that, we've had a huge influx of clients, way more than we're used to. Here are 6 lessons I've learned if you're going to be taking on investment within your company: 1.) Understand that your business is not just your baby anymore 2.) Be prepared for your systems to be tested because workload will be stretched 3.) Be humble, take advice and action it 4.) Leverage your investors for their skillsets (USE THEM!) 5.) If you have a problem, tell them. They want to help you fix it 6.) Business partners are 1,000% more effective than business coaches This year is shaping up to be our best yet by far and we're a long way from finished!
