Welcoming New Drivers to Our Team at The Recycling Partnership Limited! This week, we had the pleasure of welcoming two new drivers to our team as part of our ongoing growth. Over the past two days, we’ve been inducting our new colleagues into the day-to-day operations, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools to support them in their roles and, most importantly, keep them safe. The induction process included a combination of classroom learning and hands-on practical training with our equipment, guided by our experienced trainers. We're thrilled to share that the feedback from the induction has been incredibly positive, with one colleague commenting: "It’s great to see that you do things properly." This kind of feedback means so much to us. It reinforces our commitment to creating a professional and thorough onboarding experience that prioritizes safety, quality, and support. What makes this especially rewarding is knowing that both of these colleagues came from large corporate organisations with significant budgets and dedicated onboarding teams. Yet, they’ve highlighted our process as a standout experience! While this is just the beginning of their learning journey with us, we’re proud to have made such a strong first impression.
