A Worthy Celebration for the Champs 👑 Our community painted downtown purple to honor our National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) champions: the Orlando Pride. After a record-setting season, the Pride claimed the first pro major league championship in our city's history. Orlando honored them with a parade down Orange Avenue and a ceremony at City Hall. The team inspired our community all season long and we were grateful for the opportunity to celebrate all they've achieved.
