City of Plano’s Post

🎉 Exciting news! Toyota North America has generously donated $15 million toward establishing a new 5-acre park in our city, soon to be known as Mendomi Park. "Mendomi" means "taking care of workers like they are family" in Japanese, reflecting a commitment to community and well-being. This donation is a valuable addition to Plano's #1-rated park system. The City of Plano will design Mendomi Park to emphasize natural tranquility. Plans involve planting tall native trees and dense shrubbery along with creating wide green spaces, with the aim of providing a relaxing environment for residents.
