🎁 Day 2 of our 12 Days of Christmas campaign Today we're sharing how City of York Council tackled pension poverty by using the Low Income Family Tracker (LIFT) platform to identify eligible residents and maximise their income. The initiative enabled cross team collaboration, reaching hundreds of households and improving financial security for pensioners. 💬 Pauline Stuchfield, Director of Housing and Communities said: “This Pension Credit Campaign has helped combat rising pensioner poverty and adult social care costs by bringing money to the pockets of pensioners across the area.
