New rates for the Real Living Wage have been released today ££!! The Real Living Wage is the only UK wage rate based on the cost of living. It is voluntarily paid by over 15,000 UK businesses. Today the rates have been increased to £12.60 per hour across the UK, and £13.85 per hour in London. Employers who have signed up to pay the Real Living Wage will have 6 months to implement the new rates by the 1st May 2025.
