🏃Triathlon Tuesdays 6 - what should I eat right before a training? SHORT TRAINING < 1h Eat a simple snack with fast carbs. A fruit, or a small carbs snack should be enough. Drink water and take a coffee (in case your stomach is not affected too much). Avoid eating too much! LONG TRAINING > 1h30 The advice above still applies, but it will not be enough. You will need more carbs and your body will require some more fuel also during the training! Summary: ✅ fast carbs, not heavy stuff (you don’t have time to digest), water, coffee is also a go! ❌ heavy stuff, too much food, fibers What’s your go to?
