During previous school summer holidays, I’ve been both the over and under-performing mum. As many of us approach the school Summer holidays it could be time to look ahead to September. It’s tricky to fit in training when you have folks off on their hols. You are already short on people so losing one more to training just doesn’t always work. But come September, you might be in a better position to refocus on your L&D efforts. (That is unless all those folks without school age kids are relishing in some cheaper or child free breaks away!
