Y'all doing okay? I really hope so! This past week, I was chatting with a friend about the privilege of Leadership. It was an interesting discussion, especially as each of us talked about our leadership styles. Here's my personal definition of Leadership: Leadership is: Letting Everyone Add Value and Disagree when there's a better idea, Execute a well thought out strategy, Rebound when things don't go as planned, Share in the victories, Have an open door (or Zoom) policy, Include all perspectives, Practice self-awareness because no one wants to be led by a big ego.
