Sharing the future from 2025!!!!! Dear friends: There are already close to 21,000 of you who follow my contributions. Your comments help me to grow. To keep you abreast of my projects, I will share the lines of work I am facing this year. Nexthealth Consulting: Re-foundation of our consulting firm (www.nexthealth.es), focused on life sciences, and in particular on the new digital health based on AI; as well as other collaborative projects such as Healthytube or Redflag pharma. We will pay special attention to the role of Tax Lease as a form of fast and non-dilutive financing for our mentored startups. 2. Gineia Association: Non-profit initiative promoted from N&H, for the research of so many “abused health” in women, especially in mental health, in premenstrual dysphoric disorder. 3. Calia: Support to this startup participated from N&H, that uses AI to humanize the attention in Call Centers, and that will transform the way in which customers of insurance companies and other organizations concerned about improving their relational level are attended. 4. AI in Health Laboratory of the Digital Health Association: Culmination of the I Conference on conversational AI and publication of its manifesto, aimed at speeding up the incorporation of AI in health and medicine. Also the launching of the collaborative portal of the lab, from where the advances in these technologies will be tested. 5. Evidenz-IA.25: New season of these publications on AI in health, where we will evaluate the latest advances in theories applicable to AI. 6. “Achieving Ubiquitous Health”: Launching of the first “endless” book on health in Post Generative AI; a new form of dissemination when the onsolescence of new knowledge prevents us from closing any new “manual”. Watch out for the Openbook experiment! These will be the main projects on which we will be commenting, and where your comments will be the main source of each new idea. I hope to continue counting on all of you.

One of the significant challenges facing organisations like the NHS and charities is navigating the overwhelming landscape of digital tools, particularly with AI accelerating the rate at which new technologies hit the market. It seems every solution these days includes "AI" in its description, but while many of these tools are impressive, the critical question remains: does it serve the organisation's unique purpose? In my experience, "Transformation must be strategic; engaging people and processes for technology adoption, to achieve sustainable benefit realisation." Simply implementing the latest “state-of-the-art” technology doesn’t guarantee it will drive impact. In fact, injecting a tool that isn’t fit-for-purpose can lead to inefficiencies, decreased collaboration, and a dip in overall performance. Before making any new technology investment, clarity of purpose and alignment with strategy is essential. Without it, an organisation can end up with a well-marketed tool that fails to deliver the intended results. This is why strategic digital transformation matters and why a thoughtful, purpose-driven approach is key to long-term success. Knowledge Incorporated...
