You know, actually there are some states that will say, hey, I'll give you 30 days, go back and get those exemptions. I had an example, Washington state auditor, you know, nice person working with them, you know, over the course of a couple of months. And she said, hey, I'm going to be nice. I'm going to give you 60 days, not third. Go back, try to get those exemption certificates so we can eliminate, you know, this tax liability for you. And I was like, listen, I'm, I'm defending my client and I know you're trying to be nice. But the state law actually says you have to give us 180 days. Three times what you're asking I I have six months to go back if you shorten. So as much as you're trying to be nice, I also know the law and that's where we can defend our clients. We come in and we, we know the law. And we make sure that they're only paying what they're legally responsible to pay and at the lowest levels.
