My theory about the government's plan to phase out small businesses by 2025-26 is becoming more evident each day. The recent statements from the MP for La Trobe, Victoria, in a speech in parliament align with my concerns about small businesses' future. I’ve previously raised the question of how small businesses survive with 5, 10, 15, 38, or fewer than 50 CAPs while managing annual operational costs averaging between $400,000 and $500,000. However, as the MP highlighted, many may be forced into liquidation. This might come up if no action is taken. Where has common sense gone from the Australian Government? We live in an era of supercomputers and AI, yet the government seems unable to calculate simple economic equations. If small businesses close, the negative impact on the economy is inevitable. In a time when we have high inflation and other price spikes, we might have new employment uncertainty that will arise in 2025. There must be a more sensible approach to the sustainability of small RTO and higher education. Why not base the CAP on a financial sustainability model or introduce a percentage-based limit against total provider capacity per intake? I am 100% sure that there are many brilliant minds in Australia who can consider different options for a sustainable business rather than closing down a business. Yes! It will be helpful to have CAP, but we need to determine the most effective way to do it.

🚀 Unlocking Business Potential: Choosing the Right Structure 🏢 As a business consultant, I've seen firsthand how choosing the right business structure can make or break a company's success. A recent article from BDC.ca shed light on the three main business structures in Canada: sole proprietorship, partnership, and corporation. Let's dive into the key takeaways and explore how they relate to current industry trends. 📊 1️⃣ Sole Proprietorship: Perfect for solo entrepreneurs seeking total control and simplified taxation. However, the lack of legal separation means personal assets are at risk. This structure aligns with the rise of freelancers and gig workers in today's digital economy. 💼 2️⃣ Partnership: Ideal for businesses with multiple owners who want to share profits and responsibilities. The partnership agreement is crucial in defining roles and mitigating potential conflicts. Partnerships are common in professional services, such as law firms and accounting practices, where expertise is pooled for greater impact. 🤝 3️⃣ Corporation: The go-to choice for larger enterprises seeking limited liability protection and separate legal identity. Corporations can retain profits for growth and offer tax advantages. As businesses scale and navigate complex regulations, incorporating becomes an attractive option. Many tech startups and established companies opt for this structure. 🌐 The article emphasizes that the right structure depends on a business's unique needs and goals. As automation and digital transformation reshape industries, it's crucial to align your business structure with your long-term vision. 🎯 I'm curious to hear your thoughts and experiences. What factors influenced your choice of business structure? How has it impacted your growth and operations? Let's start a conversation! 💬 #BusinessStructure #Entrepreneurship #LimitedLiabilityProtection #NextLevelCoaching

Update 2 on my #entrepreneureal_journey This was one packed week full of important works, talks, decisions and revelations. Also with a pretty big distraction. 😅 Let's start with the basic question abut my enterprise: What it will be? A personal enterprise (#SZČO here in #Slovakia), or a #ltd. (s.r.o. in Slovakia)? I started the week with sms and phone calls with my future attorney and my future accountant. The attorney suggested that I should start a ltd. as I plan to go big and want to do international business right away. The accountant suggested that I should start a personal enterprise as it's financial benefits can greatly help in the begining. My decision: a personal enterprise, but for a different reason: I am #branding this new enterprise around my #personality, #experiences, #network and #solutions. So in my opinion identifying this enterprise with my persona may be actually beneficial. Also I digged into the background work: the 1st excell version of the #Questionnaire is ready, but it still needs a revision and a nice #PDF packaging. The 1st version of the layout of the planned website is also ready. It is clear now that what it will contain and how it will work in relation with #IBD - #international_business_development. The plan needs a patch and an expansion before the work on it can be started. Next week I will have a trip to the administration that issues the entrepreneural permits. I will confirm with them the administrative background and possibilities and decide about the actual date of establishment. Oh, I almost forgot: as Lubos Mincak pointed me out: my #businessidea is actually a #startup idea. So this week I started the work on my #pitchdeck as well. 😎 In the meantime I am open to questions and expressions of interest. Feel free to contact me if: - you have an enterprise that in the following months plans a domestic or international #expansion, or you have questions or problems that need to be solved regarding #international_business - you consider yourself an #expert and your enterprise provides services related to business development, like: #Accounting, #Legal_services, #Company_establishment, #Financing, #Sales, #Business_inteligence, #Business_environment, #Market_strategy, #Marketing_strategy, #Communication, #Advertising, #Media, #Online_marketing (#Content, #PPC, #SEO, #PR, #Web, #Social_media, etc.) - or any other relevant field related to business development, may it be on a local level or with an international reach. You can send me a connection request here, or send me an email on the address: zsolt.kovacs.ibd@gmail.com I wish you all a nice weekend!
