100% agree with this.
The goal of any marketer is to reduce friction i.e. let the user think as less as possible.
Everything on the ad, social posts and sites need be seamless for the user to act as quickly as possible. If you're targeting is spot on (right person, right time, right place), it makes it easier on delivering the right message.
In cases of small e-commerce purchases, it's typically easier to get first time visit purchase.
When it comes for B2B, SaaS or large item purchase, most likely multiple touch points with more than one person are needed.
