4-day discussion, deep consultations with industry experts, and countless insights! We've just wrapped up our bi-annual strategic session! This session was a key halfway checkpoint, allowing us to assess our achievements, reflect on challenges, and align our company goals with the current market state. The reality? IT outsourcing is still facing significant challenges, struggling to bounce back to even post-COVID levels. After connecting with various industry experts and conducting a detailed PEST analysis, it’s clear we need to adapt and stay nimble. 📈 Some wins: we onboarded 4 new logo clients. 📉 On the flip side, our efforts in tech events for lead generation didn’t quite hit the mark. Using different models and tools, like PEST, As-Is Canvas, and Value Chain Analysis, we’ve mapped out an actionable plan for the next six months.
