"How should I charge my Clients 🤔? " This is the most common question we have heard from the beginner freelancers or agency owners Here are the factors to consider:- 1) Client’s Budget: Always ask about the client’s budget to gauge what they can afford. 2) Project Scope: Make sure to define the deliverables and timelines clearly. 3) Your Experience: Higher experience often justifies higher rates. 4) Market Rates: Look at what other freelancers in your niche charge to stay competitive. New freelancers and agency owners, avoid this common trap! 🚨 What we see: Freelancers and agency owners making big money, working minimal hours, and “living the dream.” What we don’t see: > Consistent hustle behind the scenes > Building true client trust and delivering real results > Years of experience > Growing their brand through genuine value (not just flashy wins) Real success? It’s all about putting in the work, day after day. Remember: Comparison is easy—putting in the effort isn’t. (P.S Iman Gadhzi in the picture means something special 👀, Check the pin comment)

One of the biggest challenges freelancers face is setting their rates. It’s a balancing act between getting paid what you’re worth and staying competitive. So, how do you figure out your magic number? Start by calculating your baseline: (Living expenses 💰 + business costs + taxes) ÷ billable hours = your minimum rate. But that’s just the beginning. Consider your experience, the project’s complexity, and the client’s budget. Freelancers, remember—your rate should reflect your value, not just your time. Here are a few tips to keep in mind: 1️⃣ Do your research: Look at market trends in your niche. 2️⃣ Account for experience: As you gain skills and expertise, don’t be afraid to raise your rates. 3️⃣ Know your non-negotiables: Set a minimum rate and stick to it—no matter what. Your rate is part of your brand, so price with confidence! 💼 Need more clients who understand your value? Tip for fellow freelancers and small agency owners: You don't need to work more to generate more revenue, nor do you need to add more and more clients on retainer who pay peanuts. You'll earn more by charging more, not by working more. Five well-paying clients will generate more revenue than 15-20 miserly ones. Stay away from penny-pinching clients; they are always short on budgets.

Small agencies & freelancers - stop worrying about what you’re charging. Big agencies will charge quadruple your price and will outsource the work or give to someone without your experience. Charge what you know is right based on your experience and the value you can bring. I also need to remind myself of this.
