Specific Actions from 2024 to 2030: - To improve the legal environment. - To enhance infrastructure and build a Blockchain industrial ecosystem. - To train human resources for the Blockchain sector. - To promote the development and application of Blockchain technology. - To strengthen research, innovation, and international cooperation. The National Blockchain Strategy is currently the highest legal document, demonstrating the government's determination to develop Blockchain applications made in Vietnam.

Had the chance to Pitch for Serunai Commerce at the Malaysia Digital Tech Adoption Summit, Blockchain track. The pitch is for industry partners to collaborate to strengthen locally home grown blockchain solutions. How am I an academic involved? I joined academics due to the glorified dreams of being a scientist that can change the world for the better. Though slowly a fading dream, it is still something that keeps me going when the reward seems wavering. However academics in reality are far displaced from what the industry is doing. Often times we are bogged down with classes and lost in theoretical work that nobody cares about. Eventually, academicians stop dreaming and just try to achieve what we can do, write papers and teach. However, I fortunately got a chance to collaborate with Serunai Commerce to test some of my theories and apply it in code and in the market. Together, we are now exploring some cutting edge technology like blockchain, AI and IoT to be applied in the halal supply chain. The halal industry is huge, and I believe, that a "change the world" effort is not one scientist dream or even a one company effort. Halal is not just about food, its the whole governance of production. For better assurance, safety, traceability and provenance that can help change the world for the human race and the ummah. I therefore hope, many collaboration, with AI solutions, fintech solutions, IoT technology and multiple blockchain layers to help realized this dream. Indian Railways Explores Blockchain Technology with NFT Certificates: The Indian Railways revolutionizes its operations by leveraging blockchain technology to produce phygital NFT certificates minted on the Polygon network. The National Academy of Indian Railways (NAIR) held a workshop to educate railway officials about the potential benefits of Blockchain and Emerging Technologies in the railway industry. Attendees at the workshop were made aware of how smart contracts can be used to analyze, identify, and prevent critical failures, automate maintenance needs, improve vendor ecosystems, and provide a real-time, automated, and highly available ticketing solution. Phygital NFT Certificates on the Polygon network, which were then distributed to the workshop attendees. Indian Railways issued these blockchain-verifiable certificates as NFTs.
