Reaching this milestone really underscores that many chartered professionals are navigating the job market, which is definitely reassuring.🤝🏼 It’s a pity that in #Germany, the profound knowledge and agility provided by an ACCA qualification are often underappreciated.🤔 I recall preparing for a Strategic Business Reporting exam, where I worked on case studies involving #blockchaintechnology and its recognition under #IFRS.📚 👤Shortly after, I found myself on a project directly related to that technology. This experience showed me how the ACCA qualification not only offers cutting-edge knowledge but also equips you to apply it effectively in real-world situations.👨🏻💻 #ACCAmember #ACCA #knowledge #insights

We're seeing sales level off in 2023 and beyond, a stark contrast to the wild swings from 2020-2022. I believe 2023 and 2024 data represent the "new normal" so we like to generate trailing twelve-month data whenever possible. #businessvaluation #sba7a #businessacquisition

Recruiting is the most critical job senior leaders have to do. Because once you bring them in, you have to trust them. 💯 As for the employee, once you're in trust yourself and never give in. Also, I love Gary Neville. #leadership #recruiting

What can business leaders and owners learn from the great Sir Alex Ferguson? Its about culture, team work, communication; repeating the principles below regularly to the team. Here are the 4 main messages Gary Neville teaches us: 1) Sir Alex made it very simple - this makes it easy to remember and follow 2) Its normal to doubt yourself, whether a leader or a team member 3) Leaders need to reassure their team members that they have been picked due to their skill and talent, therefore they can trust the leader's choice in them and remind them they are capable - make them FEEL great 4) In return for the faith and choice in them, the team members are asked to: -Work as hard as they can -Never give in -Whatever the result - win, loose or draw, come back the day after and do it again It is fair to say that the Man U team under his leadership showed those traits, and it lead to amazing success. What do you think? Like if you found this useful. Thanks Gary, i found it very insightful. #financialpeaceofmind #mindset #leadership #businessstrategy

Good insight from Gary Neville, something that hiring managers could adopt in the corporate world. Empower your employees to succeed, remember you made the decision to take them into your business through what should be a well structure hiring process that enables you to hire the best talent, but is also a great experience for the candidate, should they be successful in getting the job or not.

The relationship between leaders and employees is that simple. Mutual respect and expectations being met. As an employee, never be afraid to challenge a leader if there is a belief expectations are not being met. As a leader, aim to articulate how you intend to meet those expectations, and develop your staff with the skills and confidence to do the same. Thanks Gary Neville , for constant articulation of lessons in leadership. 👏🏼👏🏼

This is a case where the participant actually identified an issue and called to resolve it. In reality, we would have flagged this claim and caught the card transaction issue because OCA substantiates 100% of all transactions (as required by code). This is a great example of why employers should use a TPA that follows the law. Doing so, protects the employer and the participant, not the TPA (the Employer is the one legally responsible) in the event of a Plan audit. Given the fact that audits are rare, this example simply highlights the fact that health debit cards don't stop "bad" claims from going though the system. Good TPAs and solid processes are what brokers and employers should be looking for. Without them, employers end up paying substantially more in claims that they will never be aware of because of HIPAA and privacy rules. How much more does it cost in claims? We believe it's an average of 20% based upon groups we've taken over. Feel free to reach out if you want to learn more.
