120+ remote hires in 365 days using beehiiv every Tuesday. Helping people find jobs is one of the most meaningful things we do. This year, we helped candidates secure positions in sales, marketing, and operations. 𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘆. It required commitment, consistency, and a willingness to try new strategies. Here’s what we learned along the way: 1 — 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘂𝗽. ↳ We committed to sharing 10 candidates every week. Consistency builds trust and keeps you top of mind. 2 — 𝗘𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗴𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗻. ↳ If your emails don’t land in inboxes, you’re invisible. That’s why we switched to beehiiv. It transformed our email deliverability, ensuring hiring managers consistently received our weekly 10 newsletter. Use tools that ensure your work reaches the 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 audience. 3 — 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗲𝘀. ↳ Resumes dont' say much. We brought candidates to life through video profiles, showcasing their personalities, skills, and software experience. 4 — 𝗨𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀. ↳ Supporting buyers and sellers one-on-one is rewarding—but not scalable.
