Accessory/lateral canals and apical ramifications have been implicated with Endodontic treatment failure, when they are sufficiently large enough to harbor significant numbers of bacteria and to provide these bacteria with unimpeded access to the periradicular tissues. Accessory/lateral canals are arguably difficult to reach, clean, disinfect, and fill during treatment. Key to success: IRRIGATION and ACTIVATION with Sonic/Ultrasonic devices! #rootcanaltreatment #accessorycanal #mandibularsecondmolar #endodontistlife

Fact: CLR-enabled thoracic irrigation helps drain #Hemothorax before it organizes, hardens, and becomes a retained collection. By preventing retained hemothorax, CLR-enabled thoracic irrigation reduces the need for follow-on interventions like lytics and VATS (and avoids the added morbidity, cost, and length of stay). #Medical #Healthcare #PleuralEffusion #ThoracicIrrigation
