For the first time the founding team of CLT Toolbox came together. Adam and Ringo from Australia, Ikhsan from Indonesia and Lelissie from Ethiopia. The week was full of highlights including beach visits, temple visits, Humvees through Javanese villages and ironing out our software processes. We’re culturally diverse & share the same toolbox spirit! Importantly, we also share the same "Girum pose" which is a blend of the shaka from Australia & a slight body lean to the right from Ethiopia. #clttoolbox #teambuilding
