When selecting a screw, there are things beyond the strength capacities that need to be considered. These include an understanding of head and thread type, material and applicable service class, tip type, specific application or notes about the screw from the supplier. Previously this information is best found through going through lots of PDF resources, catalogues and technical sheets from each supplier and then manually integrating it with the spreadsheets.
