ACQUISITION: Venshure Test Services acquired by AB Dynamics The acquisition of #VTS – a provider of #dynamometer-based testing services to the automotive sector in the USA, with a focus on the development and deployment of electric vehicles – is to expand #ABDynamics' capabilities and widen its scope within testing services. The acquisition complements the group's existing California-based track testing services business, #DRI, by introducing additional laboratory-based testing capabilities. The new ANDRITZ neXline needlepunch eXcelle including ProWid system is designed to produce synthetic suede for the automotive industry. The expansion of its capacities will enable Meisheng to address the growing demand for synthetic suede in the automotive industry, particularly for New Energy Vehicles (NEVs). New Energy Vehicles are automobile vehicles that are fully powered or predominantly powered by alternative energy other than fossil fuels. These type of automobiles need lightweight materials to save the consumption of electrical power and extend the range. One Equity Partners Invests in Comau, Boosting Autonomy and Growth in Industrial Automation Stellantis and One Equity Partners (OEP) have announced a binding agreement in which OEP will make a majority investment in Comau, a global company specializing in industrial automation and advanced robotics. This transaction, expected to close by the end of 2024, will allow Comau to access additional funds to expand its competencies in diversified sectors and strengthen its Italian roots.
