LIFE WILL BREAK YOUR FRAME💥💥💥 Although released last year, this episode is TIMELESS and more relevant than ever. As our world continues to give us a maximum dose of stressors - this podcast episode stars one of my fav men on planet 🌎🌍Logan Gelbrich 💥Professional athlete and author Logan Gelbrich shares his passion, but be clear; this is not an episode about baseball. It's about discovering a philosophy that cares more about getting better, than being right. Logan uses his background, his lessons in entrepreneurship, and his passion for adaptive organizational leadership to showcase the ways that you can use disconfirming information to overcome fears of going after your biggest dreams. And, like the catcher in the game of life, with his eye sizing up the entire field of experience, he crushes the advice game with insights around: ♾ Leadership development ♾ Self-actualization ♾ Creating context for a skill based, curious practice both in fitness and in life ♾ Screwing PLAN B ♾ Boundaries = Freedom ♾ The true identity of that ‘disconfirming information’ guy! Chock full of direction-probing questions and discussion, we unpack his book, Going Right, and the type of mindset it takes to take the leap of faith - on yourself. This episode is a TOTAL BALLER. (See what we did there…🤣) Seriously. Go. Now. Get some.💥🏴☠️💥 Join the conversation on Spotify Podcasts and let us know your thoughts! Luke Skywalker needed help to save the galaxy. Some say that Yoda and Obi Wan were the real heroes of his story . Mentors guide and inspire young minds. They share wisdom, boost confidence, and help mentees navigate challenges. Just as Obi-Wan offers advice to Jedi, mentors empower those they guide to discover their potential and succeed. I recently stumbled across this podcast with Nancy Duarte, who argues that great salespeople are also great mentors. Think through your customers challenges, and help make them the heroes of their own stories. https://lnkd.in/duhPqGVf #Mentorship #Empowerment #NextGeneration

Self-doubt can feel like a never-ending cycle, but it doesn’t have to be. Once you’re aware of it, the next step is learning how to break free from its grip and move forward. Start by recognizing the when and the why behind your self-doubt. Does it creep in when you’re considering going solo? When someone questions your ability? Or when you don’t have all the answers? Here’s a practical step: grab a journal and reflect. Ask yourself, What situations or thoughts make me feel unsure about myself? Pay attention to your inner dialogue. It holds powerful clues. Awareness leads to action, and action leads to growth. Let’s turn those doubts into clarity and confidence! Listen to this week’s episode of the Stretch Mobility Coaching Podcast to learn more. #selfdoubt #careerchanges #pta #physicaltherapistassistant

“Knowledge is not where the game is played. The game is played through action” This quote ☝ from Brian Pennie, PhD really struck me when listening to a podcast last month. 2014 was when I qualified as a coach firstly. 10 whole years ago now. 3650-odd days. More than 600+ hours of coaching and the biggest learning of all has come from my clients. Surprising? 🤷♀️ Maybe not but I've seen (and felt) that the ones who experienced the biggest benefits of coaching all did one thing. They did the work. They didn’t say they were going to do the work and then avoid it or disappear. These folk grabbed the pen, took the time, embraced hard conversations and reaped the benefits. Sure they got ‘stuck’ at times. That’s why the messy middle is called just that. But they persevered. They took action. In my Substack newsletter 90,000 Hours - linked below, I dive into this and ways to 'get the most' out of a coaching engagement. Take a look and subscribe (please!). I'd love to hear about your experiences? #coaching #careergrowth #dothework

Excited to share a clip from a recent podcast between JP Warren and Rey Treviño III on The Crude Truth, where they dive into the importance of identifying and challenging your limiting beliefs. Our beliefs shape our actions—or, even more dangerously, our lack of action when we don’t believe in ourselves. It’s through our thoughts that we create beliefs, and those beliefs drive what we do (or don’t do). To get out of our own way and achieve what’s possible, we need to: 1️⃣ Identify those limiting beliefs 2️⃣ Understand where they came from 3️⃣ Challenge them 4️⃣ Establish new beliefs that empower us forward Take a moment to reflect on where your beliefs come from, challenge them, and set new ones that align with the goals you’re working toward. Let’s get out of our own way and make things happen! If you are looking for 1-1 coaching or group growth workshops, reach out to JP to learn more how he can help you get out of your own way to get results that you aspire to! #limitingbeliefs #confidence #personalgrowth #mindset #softskills
