🤷Something went wrong with Humera Ma'am, asked the new team? 🧖And my team asked, you were having the sessions with her.? 🙍And the new team said, Project leaders came, they were talking about one client, Humera Ma'am's eyes became wet, her tears were not stopping, so we came out. 🧑🍼And the seniors said, She will be fine, Project leaders are going to meet the Goa client. For Shah sir and Humera , Goa was their second home. Every month, Humera visited Goa, for a week they both worked together with Goa teams and were back together. 👉Her journey as a project leader started with Goa clients. 🤷The new team asked, can we go if we get the projects ? 🧑🍼Seniors said, that Humera's decision. 🤱I met the new team and said, yes you all will go, and it will take sometime. Till then get through your learnings. #shipbuilding #shiprepairs #Marine #marineindustry #shipping #shippingindustry

Yesterday marked a bittersweet moment for Indian aviation as Vistara - TATA SIA Airlines Ltd. took its final flight before merging with Air India Limited. For many of us who’ve flown with Vistara, it was more than just an airline; it was a benchmark for service and comfort in an industry where full-service carriers are becoming rare. I remember the first time I flew with Vistara—something about the purple and gold livery made the experience feel more special. It wasn’t just the plush seats or delicious meals, but the genuine hospitality that set it apart in an industry often criticized for cost-cutting. With Singapore Airlines holding a 25.1% stake in Air India post-merger, this marks a turning point for Indian aviation. It’s a reminder that change is inevitable, but what truly matters is the legacy we leave behind. Vistara may be merging, but its spirit of excellence will continue to shape Air India’s future. Thank you, Vistara, for the memories! Video: India Today #merger #vistara #airline

How not to be a great place to work at: Today our Vistara - TATA SIA Airlines Ltd. flight took off from Goa and landed back again at Goa due to a "small technical issue". When I asked the flight attendant, "We deserve more information, isn't it?", she replied, "Even I deserve more information". Why did not the pilot give more information like what the issue was, how much time it will take to rectify etc.? Frontline people of an organisation are very critical and they need to be at their best for the organization's success. The entire management needs to be in service of the frontline people so that they deliver service to the customers. Sometimes we only see the top management demoralise the frontline employees.

🚀 A New Era in Indian Aviation: Vistara & Air India Merger ✈️ The merger of Vistara and Air India marks a significant shift in the aviation landscape, bringing together the strengths of both airlines. With this integration, passengers can now enjoy 5,500+ weekly flights to 800+ destinations, supported by an upgraded fleet featuring A320s and A350s, offering more cabin choices, including Premium Economy. 🔑 However, such a large-scale transformation comes with its own set of challenges. Integrating 70+ aircraft and 6,000+ Vistara employees into Air India's operations will demand a careful alignment of service standards. Ensuring that Vistara’s premium service reputation continues across a global network spanning 90+ countries presents another operational hurdle.🌍 There’s also the task of combining loyalty programs, with the new Maharaja Club needing to deliver a smooth 1:1 points transfer for millions of loyal members. This transition must be handled without disruptions, as customer expectations remain high. Despite these challenges, the combined entity is aiming for 25% growth over the next three years. The journey may be complex, but the potential for delivering a world-class flying experience is immense.. #Aviation #AirIndia #Vistara #Transformation #Challenges #AviationGrowth #CustomerExperience

I'm feeling really bad seeing after Watching all the emotional reels and posts of Vistara employees and passengers during the merger with Air India really hits home. It's more than just two airlines coming together; its the end of an era for Vistara, a brand that stood for exceptional service and a unique flying experience. Seeing the heartfelt farewells, the memories shared, and the emotions running high, reminds me of how much an airline can mean to people. 𝗜’𝗺 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗲𝗲 that in today’s world, where toxic work cultures are all too common, Vistara stood out as a company that valued its people. They created an environment where employees felt respected and passengers were treated with warmth and care. 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝗮 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗱, 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲, 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲-𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰 𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 is not only possible but can thrive in the corporate world. It’s a reminder for all companies of what true leadership and employee well-being should look like. #VistaraAirIndiaMerger #NewChapterInAviation #EndOfAnEra #ProudOfVistara #WorkCultureMatters #BenchmarkInAviation #VistaraLegacy #EmployeeFirst #FlyingWithPride #SettingStandards

"Patience is the Key to Success" Be patient with new teams. They’re learning and growing every day! When our internal teams were unavailable, the project leader turned to —a new team—to complete the documentation. 🤷And the New team shared, 👉We tried our best, but nerves got the best of us. When asked which month it was, we slipped and said “8th,” only to hear, “It’s October, the 10th month!” Our inexperience showed, and we felt the frustration from our leader. 👉Then, Humera Ma’am stepped in. She joined us on a video call, calmly helped us work through the tasks, and guided us to deliver. We shared the documentation with the project leader, and with her support, a challenge turned into a learning moment. 👉Humera Ma’am showed us that growth happens through patience and guidance. Here’s to lifting each other up as we learn. #shipbuilding #shiprepairs #Marine #marineindustry #shipping #shippingindustry

🚨 India’s aviation landscape just changed overnight! Vistara is shutting down. Here’s what happened and why this matters for travelers 👇 Founded in 2013, Vistara aimed to redefine Indian air travel with a premium experience. It became a go-to for those looking beyond low-cost carriers. So, why shut down a growing airline? 👀 1️⃣ The Merger: Vistara is joining forces with Air India. Under Tata Group’s vision, they’re consolidating to become a global giant, leveraging Air India’s international network. 2️⃣ Market Strategy: Instead of competing domestically, they’re aiming to create a more powerful Indian brand globally, combining Vistara’s quality and Air India’s reach. But will this be the end of premium service in Indian aviation? ✈️ Tata promises that the new, revamped Air India will uphold Vistara’s high standards. Frequent flyers have their fingers crossed! 🤞 What do you think—smart move, or a loss for Indian aviation?

India has seen this flight to its last destination.. On 11.11, Vistara - TATA SIA Airlines Ltd. was seen up in the air one last time. It's not just an airline we fly to, but a new experience, new memories, and new stories behind it. And with Vistara, it always had the Tata Group touch and quality we needed. Did you know, Vistara was the first airline in India to introduce Premium Economy class in domestic aviation? No one notices the facts and technicalities when they're busy enjoying the good service, comfort, and hospitality. (And food too. Their bread was my favorite) Vistara flying alone for the last time may be the end of an era, but Air India Limited and Vistara coming together can be the beginning of a new one. - What's the 1st rule of any Business? To keep your customers happy! And this is what this strategic merger looks like - to improve overall customer experience. Or maybe, it can be a lot more than it. It's overwhelming to see a brand land and take off at the same time. :) #airindia #vistara #trending #branding
