A few months ago, I sat down with a founder who had their vision mapped out to the last detail. A week later, I spoke to another who was juggling ideas, still figuring out what would stick. And not long after, I met someone who hadn’t even started, they were simply absorbing everything around them, waiting for the right spark. Each conversation reminded me of how diverse the journey of building something can be. It’s not just about the money, the work, or even the hours we pour in. It’s about the ideas—those bold, world-changing concepts that make you stop and think, “What if?” As we step into 2025, I can’t help but feel energized.
