Do you have any tips for students like me or people are in their early career stages? About tips for tips to accelerate their career, get further on and the leadership chain. I think you shouldn't be focused on accelerating your career etcetera, right? Career is there and life expectancy is growing. You're going to work like 40-45 years, right? So don't rush, but take the correct steps. So time versus correctness, I think it's about you should focus on. Corrects on the carry first. Everything starts with self, right? Everything starts with a good self-assessment, self-awareness. Who are you? What do you stand for? What are your values? What do you wanna do? With your strengths, how do you wanna? Work on your gaps. So a real self-assessment is really important and finding your values, your beliefs is really important. In what you're going to do in life, because you have to look for a company who has similar values. If your personal values don't match the company values that you're working for, you can be. The most passionate, the most clever. Person on earth, but you will not be long, you will not feel comfortable, so you will not thrive. So it's all about correct place. For the correct person at the correct time. So it's not as complicated as let's rush, let's do this for two years only, but then. It was our types, right? It was a little triangle. We had 2025 years to work, more or less. So we needed to rush, but I see new generation will have a. A better, more meaningful work life integration. We're not talking about learned work life balance anymore. It's an integration, right? Because once you have supply, I don't have my phone. Once you have your phone with you, you're working. Once you have your phone with you, you're leaving. So it's it's all in the same box, it's all in the same time. What I would suggest is. Start from the correct place. Don't get focused on. Departments. Countries. World's a playground. Work life is is a long one. In the decade or two, I don't see any functions standing up. We will all be working in work streams with more agile teams. A lot of companies like also we are doing it partially and so it will be a different place. You will even find yourselves refreshing going back to university, learning some more, maybe even changing career tracks. So it's. It's a, it's a, it's a lifetime you have. Enjoy and learn from all generations answered.
