Today, we launch Flowcode 2! This new badass platform empowers brands with the tools to own their customer relationships and drive conversions. Proud of our team’s dedication to building this with our customers in mind. Flowcode launched a badass platform today. There are very rare moments in life where you get to build and launch something the world has not really had before - and today Flowcode gets to launch the first offline to online combined "C2B" platform - where consumers choose to interact with a brand using offline software. Flowcode 2 represents all the hard-fought lessons from taping and testing QR codes in the NYC subway, to testing a Flowpage, to testing the first real-time analytics in QR. We have done a million things wrong as we tested every aspect of Offline to Online, but two things we got right was doing the testing and working with customers to find out where the value is in this new industry. Flowcode 2 is a system that has all of those learnings and testings wrapped into the platform - and it has the additional innovation from our product and engineering teams that make the platform more than just the summary of our history - it represents multiple breakthroughs in our industry all over again. We started with a vision of what Walt Disney would do with QR codes to connect offline and online - and today - we are opening the park for business. It would be very hard to describe the level of inspiration and admiration I have for the all the work the Flowcode team has put into Flowcode and Flowcode 2. The product is the team and the team is the product. Have you ever saved your engineering resources or time by building internal tools or customer apps using these amazing low-code tools like Retool, Appsmith, or ToolJet ? Let's connect, I would like to know about your experiences. Also, whether you are an end user or buyer of the above mentioned tools, feel free to DM me. We have come far away with low-code/no-code. Recently at one of the events I was talking to a co-founder of a PMF stage company, and he highlighted that how they use multiple low-code tools for building internal tools and forms. Now this is very interesting that companies use separate tools for various functions like workflows, public apps and such. PS: This video is my AI twin created using HeyGen. Super amazing and fast.

If you’re in the tech world, especially dealing with APIs, then you’ve probably heard of Readme.io, RapidDoc, Redocly, Mintlify, and Spotlight. But with so many of them competing for your business, I think you should read the following lines before you make up your mind. I know what you are thinking, same old shit, everyone claiming there are the best, bla bla bla…. Yes, you caught me. I am literally testing a new marketing strategy that allows me to sell a product without having to sell one. You must check out my blog if you have read up to this point. I write rubbish all the time. If you do not believe me, ask my grandpa; sorry, he’s dead. I came across readme.io some days back, and It’s like that fresh outfit you wear to high-end parties — the one with crisp lines, dark colors, and intricate designs that make you stand out. Their documentation platform is sleek, modern, and highly customizable to fit your brand’s drip. It’s like having a tailor sew a 007 suit (James Bond) to your specs. Read more? 🚀 Proud to Share My Final Project at ALX: Building "Meet Me"—A Platform for Pet Lovers! Recently, I completed my final project at ALX, where I developed Meet Me—a full-stack platform for pet lovers to connect and share experiences. I worked on both the front-end and back-end, creating a user-friendly interface and scalable architecture that offers pet owners a variety of features: real-time chat rooms, personalized profiles with photo uploads, a breeding request dashboard, and a community page for sharing posts and offers. ✨ Project Highlights: Back-End: Built with Node.js and Express.js to create a fast, scalable foundation. Integrated Socket.io for real-time chat functionality, OAuth 2.0 and Passport.js for Google account login, Multer for image uploads, and Connect-flash for error handling. Front-End: Designed a responsive interface with smooth navigation and form handling. 💡 Challenges Overcome: One major challenge was ensuring data consistency across real-time WebSocket interactions and route-based requests. Each had a unique data-handling method, so I implemented helper functions to synchronize data between these services, creating a cohesive experience for users . as well as converting string IDs to object IDs for linking offers with posts 🎓 Key Takeaways: This project provided invaluable experience in full-stack development, from managing real-time communication to designing a responsive, user-friendly interface. I’m excited to apply these skills to future projects and deepen my expertise in building scalable, engaging web applications!

I’ve noticed a fun and cool shift in brands across rising development tool products. The space is crowded but developers are excited to test new tools that aim to make their lives easier (and make AI meaningful in their workflows). This also means companies need to break through the crowds and differentiate from the rest established enterprises. Two trends: one of extreme minimalism 🏢 and the other a whimsy maximalism 💫 The former to convey no fluff only value for developers, the latter to - well, have some fun. We’re all tired of being serious. Here are a few examples of each - what other developer tool brands fit into this? Follow DevFluency for more trends in this space, it's a great time to be in dev tools 👏

Ever wondered how you can generate, prioritise and test braver, bolder ideas in your company? 💡 Or how you can solve seemingly complex problems with a relatively simple solution? 🧐 Same here! That's why we've been applying some of the advice and ideas in Rory Sutherland's book 'Alchemy', empowering teams to think laterally when it comes to problem solving in order to generate many new, creative ideas, both logical and psycho-logical. 🧠 When trying to help customers with their needs and goals, we can sometimes get caught up in solving what we think is the problem, when actually it's just the perception of the problem that needs to change. Understanding the real 'why' behind the issue you're trying to solve will open up a world of alternative ways to improve customer experience. For example, Uber, rather than reducing the 'amount of time customers spend waiting' for a taxi, they have improved the 'quality of time spent waiting', by allowing you to finish your pint at the bar, rather than standing by the side of the road in the rain, whilst you watch your taxi arrive in the app. 🚕 🗺 Interested in reading more examples and seeing how we're applying those at Moonpig? 📱 Day Two: Building in Public - The Real Story! 24 hours into our journey, and I believe in keeping it real with you all. Here's exactly where we are: 🛠️ What We've Actually Built: • Successfully integrated our first vendor (Morning Glory) backend connection • Completed the UI wireframes for subscription management • Set up the basic app architecture 🎨 Current Stage: Most of what you see in our testing app is currently UI scaffolding - intentionally built this way to validate our user flows before diving deep into backend integration. 💡 Today's Key Learning: Vendor integration is complex! One connection down and it's already teaching us so much about the intricacies of handling real-world restaurant operations and menu systems. 🎯 Immediate Next Steps: • Converting dummy UIs into functional features • Building out the subscription management backend • Setting up real payment processing • Expanding vendor integrations 🤝 Currently Looking For: • Restaurant partners for our next integration phase • Tech folks with experience in food delivery systems • Early users for feature testing Building in public means sharing both the polished and unpolished parts of the journey. Here's to keeping it transparent! 💪 #BuildingInPublic #StartupReality #DayTwo #TechStartup
