What to do with the new Klaviyo X Shopify server side tracking? It has been a quiet release but DON'T SLEEP ON IT Add to Cart Metric:  Shopify metrics are recognizing more Added to Cart events than the API metric or the third party tracking metrics - to the tune of 2x Next step:  Consider rebuilding (cloning) your existing Added to Cart flow using the Shopify Added to Cart metric to capture more revenue. If you do this, you'll need to update template tags within the flow messages, and update flow filters for other flows that currently rely on the 'And Added to Cart Zero times since starting the flow' filter. Viewed Collection: Consider building a category abandonment flow for top collections (or for specific collections you're hoping to promote). This would be triggered by the Viewed Collection metric and include flow filters specifying that someone shouldn't have taken any other action that triggers an existing abandonment flow. This metric can also enrich behavior-based segments which can be incredibly useful in sending truly personalized, timely messages. https://lnkd.in/g-NXh9G7
