Headed to #Agentforce World Tour in Chicago today (anyone else going?)! I’m still pretty new to Salesforce being part of my daily work life (and admittedly have not researched Agentforce’s feature set heavily), but here are some thoughts on #AI-enabled features I’d be interested in: - simplify and automate workflows - add ease to pipeline/opportunity management - automate and educate activity tracking/logging and prioritization - reporting, both within and outside of salesforce - a bit loftier, but providing guidance on opportunity sizing, financials, even ramp rates based on insights from across the portfolio What else should I be on the lookout for?
