However, being thankful is not just a religious observation; it's a universal practice that enriches our lives and workplaces. Thanksgiving has its roots in the early 17th century when the Pilgrims celebrated their first successful harvest with a feast, sharing their gratitude with the Native Americans who helped them. This tradition of giving thanks has evolved, but its essence remains the same: recognizing and appreciating the good in our lives. In the professional world, gratitude can transform our work environment. It fosters a positive culture, enhances teamwork, and boosts morale.
