Calf felt better than it has in a couple weeks, but ran slow. Splits: 1-3:57, 2-3:53, 3-3:53, 4-3:48, 5-3:46, 6-3:46, 7-3:51, 8-3:51, and 9-3:47. Felt normal and perceived effort 1 out of 10.
