Diwali, a profit making festival. A 12 year old Vinayak, saw that diwali was not only a festival of crackers, lights and joys but also it is highly relevant to profits and growth. I joined my father while I was 15, sitting behind his back and learning every aspect of light decoration, maintenance, modification and a lot more in this space I learnt about what a customer really wants. A few of them needed the best decoration but the large market was looking at cost effectiveness. In our county the price matters the most (for Tier3 and Tier2 places), being a price sensitive market one needs to play the margin game. 10 heads of Ravan, are the 10 kinds of customer thoughts. Each head is thinking how to save the costs and get more in less. While we as brands/servicemen/business/startups become light of their lives to enrich their experience and help them fulfll their needs more effectively and efficiently, we get the minimal support. #startups #diwali #founders #India

We worked on solving the basics, which are: ✅ Optimising HR ✅ Diversified the Maketing budget ✅ Focused on Sales Trust me, it helped a lottt. Burning is not the issue, continous burning is.
