The support offered by product vendors continues to diminish. See below for an exchange I just had with "Nameless Vendor." This was after weeks of opening support tickets, to only have them closed. "Nameless Vendor" Support: How can I help today? Me: Yes, I want to enable iDP to our cloud managed platform. "Nameless Vendor" Support: Sir, kindly this is not available in the cloud hosted instance of this solution. Me: Can we have a remote session? I then begin to provide the documentation of the product. I outline the vendor created article, that to enable the feature, customers must contact support to enable it.....
