Today isn’t about our usual laughs or the daily grind. Veterans Day is a day to step back, remember, and honor those who made the boldest shift of all—the choice to serve, to protect, to sacrifice. We wear the poppy not just as a symbol, but as a promise that we remember and respect their courage. At Bold Shift, we’re all about pushing forward, challenging the norm. Today, let’s do that by asking ourselves: What more can we do for those who’ve given so much? Beyond the poppy, beyond the posts, how can we make a difference for veterans who continue to lead by example? This isn’t just a moment of remembrance; it’s a call to act. Let’s commit to creating inclusive workplaces, stronger support systems, and real opportunities for those who’ve served. Today, we set aside the routine to honor, to thank, and to step up. #VeteransDay #BoldShift #LestWeForget #PoppyOfRemembrance #HonorAndAction #SupportOurVeterans #RealChange #LeadershipInService

🌟 𝙃𝙤𝙣𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙂𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙤𝙣 11/11 🌟 Today holds deep significance for me. It’s 11/11 - a date often associated with alignment and spiritual meaning - but it’s also Veterans Day, a time to honor those who have served and sacrificed for our country. As someone who’s worked with #veterans, I’ve witnessed the resilience, dedication, and strength they bring, not only in service but also in their journeys afterward. This Veterans Day, I want to express my gratitude for the veterans who have inspired me, for their courage and commitment, and for the lessons they continue to teach us about perseverance. 11:11 is often considered an “angel number,” a moment to reflect, set intentions, and focus on what truly matters. Today, I’m setting an intention to carry forward the values I’ve learned from veterans - #resilience, #community, and a #commitment to making a difference. Gratitude has a powerful way of grounding us, aligning us with our purpose, and connecting us with others on a deeper level. As we continue through this month of gratitude, I invite you to reflect on the people who have impacted your journey, especially those who serve or have served. 🫡 To all the veterans in my network and beyond, thank you. Your strength and dedication inspires me every day. 🇺🇸 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆? 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗮𝘆? Let’s share our gratitude and support each other on this journey. 💖✨ #DoMoreGood #FirstLightGrants #Gratitude #VeteransDay #1111 #AngelNumber #SpiritualJourney #ThankYouVeterans #Intentions #Community #Thanksgiving #SpiritualGrowth

A "tribe" generally refers to a social group that shares a common culture, heritage, or interest, often with strong bonds of loyalty and mutual support. In a traditional sense, it describes a group of people connected by kinship, language, and shared customs, living together or identifying as a community. However, in modern contexts, "tribe" has also come to signify groups formed around shared passions, values, or goals, whether in the realms of sports, brands, or social movements. This community aspect is powerful, as tribes provide a sense of belonging, identity, and purpose for their members. Jason Van Camp has created just that, a tribe, it’s called Warrior Rising and they are doing phenomenal things to support veterans. I feel pretty lucky to be be part of that tribe. This tribe just happens to be forged through commitment and honor of Service to this great nation, one we call duty. Once completed, it’s an alumni organization thats started with a DD-214, a veteran status. Jason Van Camp thank you for all you have done to support me, my family, my journey, my business, and countless other Veterans. It was an honor to have the opportunity to help celebrate Veterans Day with you and yours this last weekend. I feel pretty lucky 🍀 to be part of the tribe. If you too want to feel connected, get supported and be apart of something special to help support other veterans, check out Warrior Rising, it’s an elite non profit setting a standard for how to show up for the veteran community and offering a supporting ecosystem post service. The Loss of Mission After Transition Transitioning out of the military isn’t just about finding a new job it’s about rediscovering who you are when the mission is no longer clear. A deep sense of loss comes with taking off the uniform. You spend years with a clear purpose, knowing exactly where you fit in and why you’re there. Then, one day, that structure is gone. Suddenly, it’s all on you to figure out what’s next; for many, that’s terrifying. I’ve been there, and I’ve spoken with so many veterans who feel the same. It’s not just about losing the job; it’s about losing the identity that comes with it. The fear of choosing wrong, the fear of failure, or even worse The fear of not finding anything that resonates at all. But here’s the truth: Your purpose doesn’t disappear when the mission ends. It just evolves. The skills, the discipline, the resilience— You already have everything you need to build a new mission. It might look different, but it’s there, waiting for you to grab it. So, if you’re feeling lost today, know you’re not alone. Every veteran I know has gone through it, myself included. The key is to stay open, keep searching, and believe that the next mission exists. Waiting for you to find it. If you’re in that place right now, consider joining The Stronghold a community built by veterans, for veterans. We’re all navigating this together, one step at a time. #Veterans #Transition #LossOfPurpose #TheStronghold #VeteranSupport #FindYourMissionAgain
