Your team wants success, but what's the plan? Here's how to set goals that are: ✅ specific ✅ actionable ✅ measurable ✅ reachable ✅ and fun! Step 1: Set SMART goals Here's an example: Increase team pipeline by 30% by Q3 2024 Step 2: Break it up Divide the goal into smaller, easy-to-achieve milestones. Step 3: Make it visual Create a team goal board to track progress and celebrate wins. Step 4: Get feedback Ask for feedback on what's working and what's not. Step 5: Fun is a must Schedule a team celebration party after reaching the goal. Setting goals with your team shouldn't be boring or intimidating. Make it fun, engaging, and collaborative. Keep your team motivated and stay on track towards success!

I recently came across an article by Alison Green that really made me reflect on how companies approach team building—and how often it goes wrong. Extreme hiking trips, bizarre games, or activities designed to humiliate… seriously, what are we doing?? Team building shouldn’t be about discomfort or embarrassment—it’s about creating a team that’s stronger together than the sum of its parts. True team building helps each person thrive and strengthens connections to drive success, not drive people apart. At Barometer XP, we focus on creating intentional, fun, and impactful experiences that actually bring teams closer. Team building done right should align with the team’s purpose and lead to real growth and better performance. Let’s chat if you’re ready to design a meaningful team-building experience that works! Product Development is a Team Sport – and I Want a Champions League Squad! Building a top-tier team isn’t just about stacking up the headcount or finding people with impressive CVs. It’s about creating a crew that actually works together like they’ve been playing on the same field for years. Sure, skillsets matter, but let’s be real, teamwork is where the magic happens. The best teams? They’ve put in the famous 10,000 hours, shown up to every practice, and sweated it out together, because you can’t win the Champions League when half your squad is dialing in from the couch. Now, don’t get me wrong, hybrid work has its perks with “no pants on meetings”. But when it’s time to level up, nothing beats being fully in sync, pushing each other, and showing up for real. Champions League teams don’t just happen. They train, they hustle, they laugh, and they celebrate wins together. So, what do you think? I’d love to hear how you approach building your dream team! ⚽💡

Your Team Isn’t Made of Magicians! Here’s the truth—your team isn’t supposed to juggle everything all at once. They’re not meant to: Produce stellar results while answering a flood of calls. Balance critical on-the-road meetings while managing a complex project. Be everywhere, doing everything, without the right tools. There’s only so much one person can handle, no matter how talented they are. If you want your team to succeed, you have to set them up for success. That means giving them the tools, support, and clarity they need to thrive—not just survive. What have you seen work to help your team thrive? 👇

🚀 How we drive passion among teams 🚀 At Tesor, passion isn’t just a buzzword, it is a driving force behind every space we create. To do this, it is important to keep the spark alive in our teams. How do we do it? Creative Freedom - Great ideas thrive when our creative and design team own their projects. They naturally become more invested, curious and passionate about the design. Collaborative Spirit - Design is a team sport. Fostering a culture where opinions are heard and considered is a norm. Passion multiplies when ideas flow freely and are celebrated together. Open feedback & Appreciation - Constructive feedback sharpens skills but what’s equally important is celebrating achievements. Recognising good work boosts morale. Driving passion should be an ongoing process of aligning individual aspirations with the overall vision of the firm. When our team love what they’re doing, it reflects in every project delivered!
