Getting your story straight is so important. - If you’ve merged/acquired - Had lots of internal voices contributing - Adjusted your position - Changed your remit - Not reviewed your content in a while It’s likely that you need to put some work into your comms across all platforms to make sure that your message is clear inside & out. We understand that strong voices internally can make life tricky when you’re trying to get this work done. It’s why we love to get everyone around a table & find common, compelling ground. Once you have sign off on agreed company messaging, there’s fewer barriers, less painful sign off and more room to get creative. ✨ You’re not alone in these challenges as we are seeing an increasing number of workshop bookings. Comment or DM if you want more info.

Unlock your week’s potential… Starting a new week feels like opening a fresh book full of blank pages. It's a chance to set new goals, tackle challenges, and make progress. For both individuals and organizations, this fresh start is a valuable opportunity to review what was achieved last week and plan ahead. Consistently practicing this strategy can lead to better organization, improved productivity, and a clearer focus on what needs to be done. I won’t go without adding this👇 Brands/Organisations/Agencies/Institutions should make a habit of practicing good public relations (PR). Effective PR helps build a positive image, fosters trust with clients and the public, and can significantly enhance an organization's reputation and success. You get that…? As for me, I will keep embracing the start of each new week so as to maintain momentum, stay aligned with my goals, and foster a positive and proactive work environment. What about you? Happy New Week! #clarioncommunicate #publicrelations #productivity #prsuccess #growth #newweek #goalsandgrace

"A fresh week calls for fresh perspectives. Let's delve into the mind itself." Understanding how the brain processes information can greatly enhance how we craft public relations messages. Insights from neuroscience can help us design campaigns that not only catch attention but also resonate deeply, creating lasting impressions. By tapping into principles of how memories form and what evokes emotional responses, PR professionals can develop more engaging and effective communications. This week, let’s focus on connecting with our audiences on a fundamental level, using science to inform the art of our storytelling. Here's to a week of insightful communications and impactful results! Happy Monday!

Two CEO-based thoughts from today: 1. A leader who I have known for a long time reached out asking for help in the enhancing the way they communicate with their most important audiences. This person hates some of the nuance of communications, but also recognizes that they are effectively leaving money on the table by not directly addressing any shortcomings they may have. And, as the old saying goes, admitting you need help is the first step to solving the problem. 2. I've been working for a while now with another CEO on improving their communications in terms of both style and content, and am currently midway through a speech for them to deliver later this year. And while I am supposed to be the one helping them, the management - and life - insights I'm getting from listening again to the conversations we had a few weeks ago in preparation for this event are inspiring me and prompting other far-fetched ideas of what I could do - for this client, and for Boldsquare. In the end, all of this is a cycle - I give of my experience, but receive in return, and that enables me to give better in the future. Long may that continue...

Epoch&Talk 2024 in NYC brought incredible insights that sparked conversations and inspired action! A highlight? 🎙️ Nponano Maikori, Director of Internal Communications at Glassdoor shared: "Find your culture carriers and your cheerleaders. Those are the people who can get others engaged and involved." 🌟 💡 This powerful reminder emphasizes that culture isn’t just driven from the top, it’s about finding those champions within your organization who can influence and energize others. Missed out on Epoch&Talk? Don’t miss the next big moment at Epoch Connect 2025! 🚀

Just attended a Masterclass with Jenni Field and Workvivo by Zoom during which she discussed how to advance your comms career. I've actually been doing a lot of thinking about this topic over the past few weeks (tis the season for reflection and goal-setting). Top tip from today's session: Know your weaknesses and knowledge gaps, then use those when planning your goals for the next year or two. We're happy to look at our good points, but I love the idea of plugging knowledge gaps with a plan for growth.
