Higher Edu colleagues: One of my tips for closing the rural learner equity gap is to support rural students in their post-college plans, especially if they want to return to their rural community. You can do this by: ❤️ Celebrating their choice ("That's great that you want to return home!") 🤍 Helping them find internships and jobs in their rural area ❤️ Reflecting on the joys and challenges of being a college-educated person in their community.
