4 weeks out from Hyrox and it’s not the ideal training conditions with a cold hanging around 🤧 but we keep moving forward! Doing what I can while prioritising recovery. Next week, I’m running a full Hyrox simulation to see where I’m at, check my time, and identify areas to focus on for the final push. It’s all about finding those strengths and working on the weaknesses for the last 2 weeks. More updates as we get closer!
