Why I Love Home Care Recruiting Home care recruiting is an industry I am truly passionate about and will never give up on. Just two weeks ago, I had the pleasure of placing a wonderful person with an amazing home care agency. My candidate, who has been in the healthcare industry for 14 years, told me she had never really looked into home care roles before. She was familiar with the niche but had never explored it in depth. This made me realize how often people feel burnt out in their industry without exploring all the different niches within it. To me, home care is a beautiful business model. A team of healthcare professionals can make a significant impact on an individual’s life, whether it's through health check-ups or simply being a friend. I’ve always been a fan of personable business approaches, and home care exemplifies how businesses can make personal impacts on people's lives across the world. I couldn't have asked for a better industry and set of clients to be of service for. My candidate told me that this role is everything she ever wanted in a career.
