Taking a break is essential for our well-being and productivity. As an introverted extrovert, my annual 5-day 'me-cation' is how I revitalize best. It's a time to recharge, indulge in books, and embrace solitude. My family encourages this tradition every year, and after a year of relentless intensity, it was absolutely necessary! Self-Care has become a buzzword. Some people think of self-care as getting their hair done or having brunch with friends. To me it means prioritizing yourself and giving yourself what you need to be your best. But what does it have to do with manifestation?! Since the world is a mirror, when we don’t prioritize ourselves then things don’t go quite right in our lives. Our partners don’t prioritize us, people waste our time, customers don’t get back to us. It manifests in all sorts of different ways. You see your energy creates a field around you (you can call this your creator field) and whatever is programmed into that creator field is what you experience in your life. In order to change the creator field, you have to change your own energy. Taking good care of and prioritizing yourself changes the creator field so other people start doing the same.
